About me

Hi, I’m Jo. 👋

I’m curious about how digital technology helps people create experiences that matter. That curiosity drives me to design solutions that make a real difference for people.

I enjoy exploring diverse contexts to uncover complex problems. Guided by empathy and informed by data, I combine qualitative and quantitative approaches to find answers.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mountain climbing. I enjoy the challenge step by step, even with obstacles along the way, and I push through with determination. That mindset carries into my daily life and motivates me to keep creating things I’m proud to share with the world.
